Research Facilities

Core Infrastructure Driving Innovation

CWNU Nano Fabrication Center
A state-of-the-art cleanroom facility for semiconductor and nano device processing. It serves as a collaborative nano-material research platform by integrating newly installed equipment and previously existing instruments for nano fabrication and semiconductor processing.
Faculty Research Labs
The CWNU G-LAMP Program introduces research equipment available in the faculty labs of the GIANT and actively promotes collaboration with both internal and external research institutions.
LAMP Analysis Lab
Supports Intl Joint Research by CWNU faculty and on-campus researchers through the expansion and integration of advanced nano surface and property analysis equipment.
